Return & Refund policy
I AM LILOU BLOOM values offering the best product while satisfying client purchase precisely! In the event that you are not completely happy with your buy you may return the unused product in its original packaging with attached labels within 14 days of purchase and we will furnish you with a full discount ( exclusive short any shipping/return charges). Returns must be in original condition and in the entirety of all their original packaging. I AM LILOU BLOOM won't accept any returns with any indications of wear or with any of the originally attached labels excluded.
All body care, Sale Items, swimwear, intimate wear and gift vouchers are Final Sale and can't be returned.
Customer are responsible for return shipping, please use the address mentioned on the shipping label or contact us by email or phone.
We will send you an confirmation email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.
LOST OR STOLEN
For packages that specify "delivered" per tracking number details, buyer shall contact USPS and file a claim as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.
Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package. We do not provide a pre-paid shipping label for International orders, please return items to address listed on the return form and be sure to keep a copy of the return tracking number. Please note: Unfortunately we do not refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
