All Warehouse Sale Items are excluded from free shipping.

SHIPPING

All orders placed on www.iamliloubloom.com are eligible for shipping only. Orders placed for $100 or more (pre-tax and after discounts) within the Continental US will receive FREE shipping. Orders under $100 have a flat rate shipping fee of $9.95. Customers may select a faster or expedited shipping method at their own cost during checkout.

We process and ship orders as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery. However, please note that shipping times may vary based on factors such as order volume, location, and carrier delays. If you need your order by a specific date, we recommend selecting an expedited shipping option at checkout.

PROCESSING TIMES

Orders placed before 12 PM EST Monday-Friday will typically be processed the same day, depending on order volume. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed the following business day. Weekends and holidays are not considered business days and are excluded from shipping times.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear in the carrier’s system.

SHIPPING METHODS

Most Continental US orders are shipped via USPS. We also offer shipping services by UPS to provide you with additional options for faster delivery.

Most international orders are shipped via DHL. Please note that delivery times for international shipments may vary due to customs clearance processes and other factors beyond our control.

Please note that shipping delays resulting from customs inspections, public holidays, severe weather conditions, or courier transit errors are beyond our control. While we will make every effort to assist in resolving these issues, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages in transit. We strongly recommend providing a secure shipping address to ensure successful delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

For select countries, customs fees, duties, and taxes are collected and paid at checkout and remitted to your local customs authority by our couriers. Every effort is made to ensure the correct amount is collected at checkout; however, I Am Lilou Bloom Boutique cannot guarantee that no further fees may be required upon delivery. Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with their local customs regulations.

Please note that international shipping times vary depending on the destination country, customs processing, and other factors. While we strive to deliver orders in a timely manner, unexpected delays may occur. If your order is held at customs, it is the customer's responsibility to provide any necessary documentation and payments required for clearance.

SHIPPING TERMS & CONDITIONS

By processing your payment and completing an order with us, you accept the above-mentioned terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order. Any orders will become your property at the time they are shipped to the address provided, provided that we have received full payment for the order.

If you experience any issues with your delivery, please contact our customer service team for assistance. While we will do our best to resolve any shipping-related concerns, we cannot guarantee replacements or refunds for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.

RETURNS
I AM LILOU BLOOM values offering the best product while satisfying client purchase precisely! In the event that you are not completely happy with your buy you may return the unused product in its original packaging with attached labels within 14 days of purchase and we will furnish you with a full discount ( exclusive short any shipping/return charges). Returns must be in original condition and in the entirety of all their original packaging. I AM LILOU BLOOM won't accept any returns with any indications of wear or with any of the originally attached labels excluded.

All body care, Sale Items, swimwear, intimate wear and gift vouchers are Final Sale and can't be returned.

We will send you an confirmation email when your return package is delivered back to our warehouse. Please note, returns take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your credit is issued, you will receive a confirmation email.

LOST OR STOLEN
For packages that specify "delivered" per tracking number details, buyer shall contact USPS and file a claim as we are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages.

INTERNATONAL RETURNS
Please follow the instructions on the return form included in your package. We do not provide a pre-paid shipping label for International orders, please return items to address listed on the return form and be sure to keep a copy of the return tracking number. Please note: Unfortunately we do not refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.

Please allow 2 - 3 weeks for your return to be received and processed.
